Right colon ESD for large polyps is challenging due to poor maneuverability and the high risk of perforation. In this video we demonstrate the strategy for safe wide field dissection using the following steps: 1) undersaline immersion 2) circumferential incision 3) multifocal traction with multiple complexes of clips and bands 4)dissection with  a pediatric scope with an attached tapered cap and the use of an ESD knife with saline jet properties.
